Innovative Healthcare began with the focus of providing high quality psychiatric services to its clients. Since our
inception we have become the primary supplemental staffing agency for psychiatric care in all the health care settings we serve.  We have taken the same focus and detail that we've committed to behavioral health and applied it to the other medical specialties. Innovative Healthcare strives to provide exceptional, compassionate, medical care to all of it's clients while creating a work environment that allows health care workers to know how much they are appreciated.

In September of 2001, two west suburban medical facilities and a small contingency of dedicated nurses played instrumental roles in allowing us to begin providing services.  We are both grateful and thankful for their support and belief in us.
